I THINK THEY SHOULD STILL BE STERILIZING THE MENTALLY HANDICAPPED AND PARENTS WHO GIVE UP THEIR PARENTAL RIGHTS JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE TO SORRY TO TAKE CARE OF THE KIDS THEY MADE .AND THE MENTALLY HANDICAPPED ARE UNABLE TO CARE FOR THEMSELVES SO HOW ARE THEY GOING TO RAISE KIDS?

Why does the innocent taxpayer have to always pay for the stupidity of the ones that make these decisions? Why not sue them and maybe in the future people in charge will make better decisions.
WE the taxpayer have to bailout everyone now days that make bad choices or are crooks all the while they still get their big pay checks and bonuses. IT IS TIME they got punished and not the taxpayer.
