re: Ayer School Superintendent George Frost and Ayer-Shirley Regional School Committee Vice Chairman Patrick Kelly explained that $500,000 in savings realized with the two-town school system merger is being invested back into the regionalized school district.
As in pay raises? Let the good times roll. Yes, in previous articles we learned staff pay raises are being implemented.

Only other article I recall dealt with Shirley pay raises for this school year in Shirley. The is no region - it hasn't opened yet. Those raises were Shirley raises. Nothing to do with the region. The region has not even begun negotiating with the teachers unions on a regional contract. Get a clue.
And yeah, the good times are rolling. Teachers make so damn much money.

Shirley 'admin' got raises...and teachers make so damn much money?... only after they have put in 20-30 years of commitment.
