THIS man has AMNESIA.
This man could be from COLORADO. He was savagely beaten on Aug. 31, 2004 in Richmond Hill, Georgia. We need the public's help to identify him. Please look and listen to the case/doe file and the video below and let me know if you recognize him. Thank you
