Sounds like they have tried to settle this nicely to no avail. Mold is a dangerous issue and I hope that Aoria takes xare of the situation.

Not everyone who has emphysema has smoked, this is about mold and he did try to settle this nicely but this company will not do what it takes to protect his health.

correct me if wrong, condensation would be on the outside of the coils, the mold in the condensation carrying tubes wouldn't affect the gas.

Correction john, mold growing from condensation anywhere on the oxygen liberator would be in the air and inhaled by the patient and other people in the area.(Example mold in New Orleans)
Point, oxygen distributors are not regulated!
How many people have died from unknown secondary mold infections from dirty oxygen liberators?

everyone slow down and take a break....i am a technician for a major home medical company and i assure you that there is no way mold can grow in oxygen cylinders....they are filled, tested, sealed and documented.....and heavily controlled by the FDA...
the purity level is checked and re-checked....trust me, it is impossible....however, if patients don't change their tubing and cannulas regularly, they can get nasty!! it is the patient's responsiblity to change their cannulas and tubing, and that is the only place mold could grow....i've seen patients with the same cannula for a year and is gross beyond belief...and their fault!!!
