Does any know any contact information on them? I have tried both phone numbers and their location in Memphis. I can't find or get a hold of anyone. Any help would be appreciated!

We can't get them on the phone, or by e-mail, I've already contacted an attorney, they are into us for about 40,000.00 and I would like some questions answered.

Yes, today (3/12), I too tried to contact them via email and phone and I'm getting nothing. I am very worried. Did they go out of business? Does anyone who lives in Little Rock know what is going on? HELP

We tried to find them in Memphis and found nothing. The numbers we have tried are disconnected.

We have sent 4 emails, made 4 phone calls, sent 3 faxes in the last month and nothing. They are supposedly now at the Family Life Building at Total Outreach Ministries 3411 Asher Avenue, Little Rock, Ar. We are calling other businesses in that building and having them bug them as well. One lady that works there is calling my wife back in 30 minutes to talk about it. I don't know what that means but I will post here if we find anything significant.

We all need to connect since we are having the same issue. I am setting up an email at adoptiontakenadvantageof@gmail .com If you are ok with getting agroup together to help each other out, email me your contact info as well as your story of what happened. This way we can keep each other updated on any progress we are getting. Maybe we should all work with Tim Homesley's (see above)attorney. No reason we all get seperate attorneys and spend the same money over and over again when we can get one to work for us all.

I live in Arkansas. I will be out of town for a week. When I get back we are considering going to little rock (3hr drive) to see what is going on. Any ideas if that is a waste of time or if there is anything I can do for any of you if we do get there and they still exist.

We did get some information from a lady working at Total Outreach for Christ who has an office in the same building. Ed Webb, the director, is having a family crisis right now. He is going through a divorce. His wife oversaw all the staff/details of Adoption Advantage & after she left some of the staff took advantage of Ed's lack of control. He has hired Tiffany Mattzela part time. The lady I spoke with was confident that Ed Webb will follow through with all the contracts. She said that we all need to pray together that Adoption Advantage will come through this & she is willing to help them make sure that contracts are fulfilled. That is all she knew.

I don't know how much this helps any of us this. Sounds very scary to me. Please everyone post as much as possible if you get additional info. We will do the same.

I have & will continue to pray for all of you going through the adoption process. Our adoption was completed through them over a year ago, Thank the Lord.

As for his personal issues, this is when it's really bad for personal and professional lives to cross paths. I will pray for Mr. Webb and adoption advantage as a whole.

Actually, we are signed AP in Arkansas. I'm not sure why NJ came up but we have been engaged with this for a while. We continue to send e-mails, leave phone messages, etc. We have been in contact with other APs signed with AAI and continue to get consistant messages of people experiencing the same thing. We have contacted the state agencies. There is in fact a licensing board meeting next week, March 24 to sanction AAI. For more information, I strongly recommend contacting Lisa Ferrell, DCFS at 501,682,8544. She will fill everyone in on the status of this agency.

Oh my God!!! I have been trying to comunicate with anyone else who has been with that agency....Yes, I too have been at a loss trying to get a hold of anyone their too. I have contacted the local tv stations, newpapers and I sent in a complete to the attorney general because our worst fears are about to be confirmed. I recieved an email from AA informing me I will not get a baby and I will not get any money back because Ed Webb has several law suits against him and that it would be in my best interest to not try to contact them again. Just today I have told my story to Fox 16, Channel 7 and Channel 11, maybe if we all contact them it will help get replies from tehm sooner. Let me know if you have heard anything. Thanks

The agency actually told you they weren't going to fulfill the contract? If that is the case, I would definitely contact the AR state agencies that are working on AAI and Ed Webb, if you haven't already.

We did receive in the mail the other day an update form from Adoption Advantage. We then received a separate letter requesting that the form be filled out and either mailed back or faxed to 800,281,9980 or 501,663,0028. It is signed by Tiffany Mattzela Contract Management and Ed Webb Director Adoption Advantage with number 800,246,8068. The letter stated that they have reorganized and restructured their systems enabling them to move forward. That their systems wil enhance their ability to quickly and efficiently provide for APs and BMs. Also to expect to be contacted as soon as possible concerning the status of our case and to update our file. The thing is that the first communication that was sent out about the agency investing in new systems was early last year.

Makes me wonder if it is yet another stall tactic.
