Face down sleeping without my permission
Random binkies and bibs on my child
children unattended and left in cribs to cry
1 worker to 8-9 babies

Anyone else want to comment on their experience?

I'm looking for an second shift home daycare in the Little Rock or Benton area that is good with the kids and has decent prices. Any ideas?

If you are willing to have kids, you better be willing to stay home and raise them yourself- cause there isn't anyone else that is going to do it to your standards.

Sorry this is of no solution to you, but that is something you have to think long and hard about before you allow yourself to get pregnant.

this is true, no matter how harsh it sounds

I'm happy with my daycare, but not 100% and never will be.
Nobody does it like Mommy.

Yes you can find good daycare in Little Rock but expect to pay around 125-130 a week. Go have a career. I can't believe the negative comments you got about wanting/needing to work. The same people would critcize your decesion to stay at home if you couldn't pay your bills. Everyone is different. Some people need time with other adults. Do what works for you and your children. I recommend that you visit daycares without an appointment during their busiest hours to evaluate how they handles the most stressful times of the day. ex. during lunch, 5:00 when most are getting picked up. You may not get a tour during these times but you could set up another time to come back while making observations. I think public daycares hold less risk. They have key coded entrances,no pets, set schedules, no worries the sitter is sick. etc. I heard from parents that River City Gymnastics is awesome. I don't know what age the daycare starts though.
