Word's out. Mendocino County decrepit civil service now runs on clean burning, renewable cash. It's like a new kind of tax is upon us.
Local businesses, please realize that this one makes the franchise board's levy pale in comparison.
Look around, who are the people actually getting raises this year.
What a debacle.
And things were running so smoothly too.
