Gawd, you're just like PV, but a Breitbart zombie instead of an infowars zombie. So when someone commits murder, they "ignore" murder laws, right? So by your logic we should just do away with the law. Problem solved!
If you're arguing that laws against murder don't impact the murder rate then one would need to question the law's value. A good way to test that would be to repeal it. But I think we would be unhappy with those results.
