There's a 1-800 number to phone to report problems at McDonald's. I have yet to report this but will if this happens again.

Judged: 5 1 I have also witnessed this numerous times as I have driven by the restaurant. It does not look good when your uniformed employees are standing outside smoking. This is just a big turn off and encourages my to avoid that unhealthy food served there. Maybe we should have a campaign to get our McDonalds cleaned up by calling the 1-800 number about every little thing that goes on down there. |

Judged: 3 3 3 Most likely it is happening elsewhere in the entire industry,however allowing your people to do this in front of the customers is improper and needs to be addressed.There should be a no smoking rule in effect for the grounds and it should be enforced.Many businesses have adopted that policy and with a child friendly market as McDonalds it is the obvious way to go.This local McDonalds has some very serious problems aside,including poor,inattentive,slow service,to go along with employees who seem to hang out with the regulars(off duty) while they are working.I have witnessed the party atmosphere(especially in the evening)and it is hard to get waited on properly.I believe ownership is who should get involved because most of the management there is not qualified to be running the shifts.This is definitely not a quality McDonalds nor has it been for quite some time.It is unfortunate that this has to be posted as such but apparently no one seems to be aware of the problems,at least the ones that can correct them.I don't know of many that frequent that place that would disagree with my statements.McDonalds has a good product and Little Falls should be able to enjoy it in the way the company intended it to be. |

I've tried calling the 800 number and NO ONE answers and there is no answering machine. |

"Quality McDonald's" --> oxymoron. |

I can't believe we are talking about an unhealthy McDonalds atmosphere...and its not about the food. If you take your kid to McD's, your kid's health is going to be negatively effected, but not by a few whisps of second hand smoke that could be avoided by using a different entrance; it's the food that will get them. Judged: 2 1 1 If the McDonalds employees phone up the cops if they SUSPECT you have been drinking, then why aren't they phoning up County DSS on a mother who brings her kids to McDonalds for endangering the welfare of her children? Hypocrisy, much? Give McDonalds a liquor license, and I'll bet they stop calling the cops. I think they are just jealous of Happenin Inn, which has more customers and better food. This is all just dirty business to put a local Main Street business under. |

Folks have a right to fill their gutty-wuts with garbage without filling their lungs with second-hand smoke! Seond hand smoke is bad for yer health! And, won't someone think of the children? We can't have them seeing people smoke while we stuff them with a 3000 calorie greasy Happy Meal!

Judged: 2 1 1 Eating at McDonald's is your option.Actually they have fruit and salads available for all the health concience people.Many people like to enjoy a hamburg and fries though it is considered unhealthy by the experts and that is their choice.McDonald's food is presented after much research and development and the consistency is envied by many companies.There is liquor.beer,cigarettes,etc.,ou t there and that is a persons choice.Indulging in McDonald's food occasionally is hardly a hazard,however people smoking and then handling the product is a cause for alarm and should be addresses.This local restaurants standards are not in line with McDonald's corporate structure I am sure.Sometimes there is a circus atmosphere there and that should be dealt with.As far as arresting drunks that is a whole different subject,however management may have an obligation to protect its surroundings.If that person got into his car and ran over a patron,well guess who may be responsible if they were aware of what was going on. |

Judged: 2 1 1 McDonald's Contact information: http://www.mcdonalds.com/us/en/contact_us.htm... Phone number is 1-800-244-6227 available 7:00am-7:00pm CENTRAL standard time. There is a recording and it quickly gives the option to give feedback on any McDonald's location. On the website, there is also an address to write if someone prefers writing. |

Judged: 1 1 1 The 800 number posted on the drive through window is the number I have called. It's the number for the owner of this specific franchise. The number you have provided is different. I'll certainly try that next time it takes 15 minutes to get served in the evening at that drive through. I've also seen employees hanging around the side door next to the menu panel smoking and carrying on. The last thing I want to see is the employees smoking when I'm trying to order. It's sickening. The several of the employees this past Saturday were past being sloppy in their appearance. The guy who cleans the restaurant had his big fat belly hanging out and his McDonald's shirt unbuttoned. Now that was a delightful sight. |

Judged: 2 1 1 Right Behavior: Drive Safely WRONG Behavior: Drink and Drive «Consequences. ARREST, fines, JAIL Right Behavior: Employees don't loiter and have friends visit them while at work. Employees wash hands and don't smoke in front of customers. WRONG Behavior: Immature hanging with friends at work; Not washing hands before touching food. Idiots advocating driving drunk: hopefully your consequences are your own and you don't kill someone else, which is what McDonalds employees prevented by calling police. Keep driving drunk. Hope you end up in jail and you don't hurt anyone else but yourself idiot. Employees that continue to not behave appropriately lose their jobs. If the Manager doesn't stop the kids hanging out outside of McDonalds, then McDonalds loses business and people report it. Ronnulled, I hope you're a teen who has the excuse of being young and not knowing any better. Otherwise, you and other losers who think it's cool to drink and drive and to not have a clean professional McDonald's: YOU are the problem with Little Falls. Such low life losers here. Why don't you get drunk and kill yourself in an accident? Leave the rest of society alone! |
