542 Garden St. Resident: I told Tony about sex offender

I haved lived at 542 garden street in little falls for the past 5 years . i an not on social services nor have i been . tony my landlord has asked me to lesve due to the people next door at 544 garden st . they party all night they drink . their is a sex offender that lives their i have 2 small boys that live with me . i am in fear for them . the landlord has people worken on the outside of the housr the do drugs ond drink on the job . they also have drugs delivered their. i have told tony nothen has been done about it .

Thats because Tony does the same things so he doesn't think badly of any of it or them! He's an ugly little pervert from way back that would have never amounted to anything but fell into a pile of sh** with the YMCA and came out smelling like a rose but only temporarily until it ALL comes tumbling down around him and soon!!!
If I was you I would contact Legal Aid in Utica on Genesee St. Their services are based on your income. If you get help from them make sure you let them know why you have been asked to leave. In the mean time call the police every time something is going on next door to get it all on record. Also show them all the comments on here about the YMCA and Tony so they can see what others are saying about what's been going on there. You have many, many rights especially since you have two small children.
