"A former US National Security Agency officer says the 9/11 investigative author Philip Marshall and his children were killed in a black ops hit by the CIA, dismissing the suicide hypothesis."
"Marshall believed the former US President George Bush had pulled off the 9/11 attack to foment a government coup. In his fourth book, he was supposed to disclose blockbuster information.
"According to Madsen, the crime scene was cleaned up by professionals, and there was also an SUV, license plate undetermined, with an array of communication antennas bristling from the roof outside the building."

"Even more astonishing is Marshalls involvement in the Iran-Contra secret missions back in the Reagan/Bush years, the promotional description adds.A great read about a horrible crime one perpetrated not by the detainees at Guantanamo Bay, but by the seediest elements of our very own government.

We are not writing a novel based on a true story, we are writing a true story.
Don't overshoot the mark. The sheriffs are the loose end of this Gordion Knot. They lost, misplaced, hid, or destroyed the evidence.
If they did it under someone else's command, the sheriffs are still the place to start.
Hearsay is all we've got from them. But bullets don't vanish. Do the fatal bullets match the alleged weapon used? This evidence would have to be deliberatly lost.
And it's a good pressure point because...
Find 'tarquin' here (feb 5, 2013).
Phil was NOT depressed. He did NOT take his life. He did NOT murder his kids. Only a few days ago he said that "I have a gun, but it would be useless if I needed it because I got no bullets for it",(then he laughed!). I knew Phil, and he had everything to live for and he doted over his two beautiful kids.
He may not have had ANY bullets!
We don't know and after this sophomoric bs fairy tale they've passed around as their 'theory' of what happened, anyone's word is as good as theirs.
Ballistics test. Do the fatal wounds even match the caliber.
We don't know. It's a shame, but we don't. Who anywhere in this entire nation truly believes that the murderer or murderers may not still at large somewhere? Maybe even still in Calaveras. Anyone?
What is the public confidence level in this disgraceful excuse for an 'investigation'?
Zero, by my count.

Update :'CIA killed 9/11 author in black ops hit'
#9 Mar 5, 2013
Most likely he was drunk. Find out how drunk he was two years ago when he went to jail for beating on his daughter. I wonder if he was drunk again this time? Maybe it was remorse over those thousands of civilian deaths in Guatemala? Those files were just recently declassified at the Reagan Library. He was the pilot.

Who knows. I'm sure they will squash any scrutiny into toxicology, or bar any access to his or the kid's bodies. Betya they'll be cremated. Then anyone can speculate and say he was a bad guy. For me, The gubmint is guilty.

It's come out that his friends have said he was stating that he was about to drop a bombshell on the media, that would have rattled the whole nation.

So you criticize the government for not conducting a fair and impartial inquiry into the deaths (according to you, anyway), and then say "the gubmint is guilty" while acknowledging that you have absolutely zero proof? You're funny, PV.

Wayne Madsen Writes About Disinformation; Or Is He The Purveyor Of It?
Who fed Wayne Madsen the disifo about Marshall's head wound being of the left side (Marshall was right handed).
The latest investigation report from the sheriffs say the shot was on the right side. Did Madsen cook that up, or can we trace this disinfo to its source.
These kinds of details are often folded into "conspiracy theories" deliberately to make it easy to debunk the entire theory, though some parts may be more accurate than the "official" explanations.
Here's an analysis of the latest "official explanations" in the alleged murder-suicide in Murphys CA. This investigation may even be worse than the original reports and though there are several surprises, the foregone conclusion that Marshall was the shooter is not one of them.
The report is comes to several very odd conclusions and is rife with ill logic, hearsay evidence, and bizarre interpretations of medical and/or non-medical reports.
Take one pill at bedtime for "some sort of mental illness"? Does that sound like a "medical report"? Well, that's about the size of it.
Check it out.

Take two pills at bed time "for some kind of mental illness".
What's wrong with this picture?
The right to a defense is key to our notion of "establishment of justice" in this nation, and among the elements the founders considered crucial to this proposal, as seen in the US Constitution, Amendment 6, is the right to counsel and compulsory process to obtain witnesses for his defense.
The date of the first report is the date when the bodies were found.
The update/correction report came out two days later.
Then two months passed before the third report.
Phillip was characterized as a drug crazed, mentally ill "truther" in the media, and by the sheriffs themselves. That he was what has been called a "truther" (generally also a "Bush-basher" due to the 9/11 attacks occurring during the Bush administration) is not in dispute. But the evidence suggesting that he was mentally ill and/or drug crazed is weak or non-existent.
Was Phillip Marshal drug crazed?
Was Phillip Marshall mentally ill?
That Marshall was taking Welbutrin (the common name) for something appears to be certain from the toxicology results. But what was it prescribed for?
PARENTS: Do you have any kids that are taking Welbutrin? This is indeed the same stuff Phillip Marshall was taking.
Here are some of the bizarre statements that result in their conclusion 2 months after the deaths, that Phillip Marshall must have had a bipolar-condition.
1. According to records obtained, Marshall was diagnosed with bi-polar disorder. Additionally, the reports stated that he suffered periods of depression and mania, which led to his dismissal, or "grounding," as a pilot in September 2006.
Question: Were these or were they not "medical records"? Were they actually just "airline records"? Did a doctor provide the diagnosis? In the 6 years since he was "grounded" had nobody else given the same diagnosis? Wasn't he supposedly taking medicine for this alleged "bipolar disorder"? Both wives had been interviewed, and both mentioned his temper and impatience, but neither of them used this word. Could it be the sheriffs mistook bipolar-disorder for what was actually adult ADHD?(See "Welbutrin" at wikipedia.) We don't know. We SHOULD know. But the reason we don't know is because of the inability or unwillingness of the sheriffs to show the 'evidence'.
Where did the one "diagnosis" of a bipolar-disorder that was cited actually come from?
2. A search warrant was served at a local clinic for Phillip Marshall's medical records. The medical records noted that he suffered from chronic back pain, and was prescribed prescription narcotic pain medications for this condition. His medical records suggested that he also suffered from some sort of mental illness, drug dependency, anxiety, and depression.
Question: SUGGESTED? SOME SORT OF MENTAL ILLNESS?
What in the world kind of "medical record" would only suggest that "he also suffered from some sort of mental illness"? Weren't previous records available to the clinic? Records that had the all-important "diagnosis", that doesn't really state anything conclusive, we presume was obtained from a legitimate medical professional?
The likelihood of a prescription being issued for Welbutrin to deal with "some sort of mental illness" is quite a stretch.
Note: I misreported the vicodin as oxycontin but I can't edit that post anymore.
