The U.S. Constitution supersedes any international treaty, bonehead, and any *signed* and *ratified* treaty that is conflict with the Constitution is null and void. See Article 6, Section ii. The UN has absolutely zero power over U.S. law or the U.S. Constitution. None. Even if the President were to a sign a UN treaty calling for a complete and total gun ban AND the Senate were to ratify the treaty, it STILL wouldn't have the power of law. The courts would simply nullify it.

Um, no they ain't, PV! There are two ways to repeal an amendment to the Constitution (which I'm sure you don't know): a 2/3's vote in both houses of congress or passing the measure in 3/4's of the state legislatures, which has never, ever happened (and never will).
