It's like LF, all cronyism and back room deals. Idiots like Jamaica Style Jean think its only a LF thing. Nope, welcome to New York State!

That's absolutely FALSE. I work part time at a SUNY campus and I can assure you I pay state income taxes. Just have to breed rumors don't we?

Wait, so he wants to lower taxes and now you're upset? That's interesting. Government offers incentives to businesses all the time. Are you going to complain when they offer massive tax incentives for chip companies to come to the Mohawk Valley? Or are you going to be happy for the economic development and good paying jobs?

Yeah, he's lowering taxes. What's next, another holocaust?? Aside from the fact that NY does not have a payroll tax, they are incentivizing businesses to come to upstate NY. This proposal excludes SUNY campuses in Westchester and NYC. This is actually an incentive plan designed specifically to help upstate NY. So when new companies come upstate with their employees, they will be buying houses and in turn raising property values; spending money in our local economies; and providing good paying jobs for people in our area. The horror!
Instead of whining about it, apply for one of the jobs and get the tax break yourself.
you better put down the pipe or else you dont get a paycheck because every wk they get 100s from me and im.sure everyone else .look at your paycheck dummie. The part wher they say state tax right below the federal wake up clown

This tax free B.S. will be drawn out until 2016 when he runs for POTUS. Then it will probably be dropped. The next governor will hike them through the roof. The Prussian educational caste system, with ridiculous high schools taxes will still produce ill equip kids.

It seems like a smart program.
It might just be the jolt Upstate needs.
