Should Seton Hall Students Pay South Orange?
South Orange is considering urging the state to pass a statute allowing college towns to impose an annual fee on students to help offset the cost of providing municipal services to them.

just another tax. why not. if it cost the township more money due to seton hall students, then take the burden off the residents it might lower taxes. wishful thinking.
