The Little Falls township attorneys did their best to cover their backsides during the hearing. They practically made the case for Omnipoint. This whole thing should be investigated by the prosecutor's office. It's been one cover up after another. Great Notch Fire Company should be audited to find out how they managed to secure a jumbo loan prior to the cell tower deal. And what township officials signed off on the permit? On what authority did he or she act upon? It is now up to the Planning Board and mayor to blow the whole thing out of the water. If they don't, then they are apart of the problem. They have not been proactive enough throughout this whole process. It's time they wake up and realize the extent of the damage caused by this cell tower. This will not go away quietly.

Has anyone been suffering headaches or other health problems since the cell phone was put up?
IUs there any recourse for those suffering ill health effects from the cell tower frequency?
