Big trucks continue crossing damaged Little Elm bridge

When I worked at a retail place next to the bridge, a truck driver asked for help to find another way out of town. He said he was scared to drive over the bridge. I showed him how to get up to Wal-Mart and Lowes (or Home-Depot). Those places are smarter at finding locations for their driver's safety. DGeneral has never helped their drivers, making them fend for themselves.
A man told me about how it was before. He said that they used to stop traffic so busses could cross. I believe it was raised since then but you have to admit the bridge looks terrible. I've only seen the side we drive on. Maybe concrete is falling apart below and you can only see the damage when you're on the water.
Are you talking about the toll bridge? I'd gladly take photos to help prove your case.
Little Elm raises taxes but I wonder how much if it goes to fix streets. Fixing a damaged bridge takes years and a ton of cash. Plus, how are drivers going to get through if that little bridge is closed?
It's very interesting.
Ah Horsecock? Reminds me of my dad's dad. Country boys..Gotta love 'em!
