There's an art to telling a good story. A master storyteller has a good voice with lots of inflection.

Have you tried Mckinney, Its larger than all of them put together. Its a nice place with lots to do. Estimated land and build out is 400,000 residents and 130 square miles land area. Just passing it on :)

Judged: 1 Yes, we are absolutely stuck up, rich, trash living large in Phrisceaux. I'm rocking 5500 sq ft. We're wanting to create an insulating perimeter around that goodness. "The Colon" is not helping. |

Let me start with Little Elm,(or more specifically Little Elm city offices), If you call them to turn on water or ask any other question regarding a house you purchased, the first question out of their mouth is: Is it a foreclosure, are you section 5, is it a rental? Wow, what ever happened to Good day, how may I help you. Oh you purchased, Welcome. Frisco is just a little stuck on itself. It is nice, has wonderful shopping,(little Elm is growing new shopping), does have people living there that care about the look of their homes on the outside,(yes they actually mow their lawns). The Colony obviously has an image problem, houses with bad foundations, people with bad foundations,(all they do is swear at each other).
We came from a similar community as Frisco, Sienna Plantation in the greater Houston area. Actually one of the first in our sectionm built our own home, proud of it, then the neighbors started moving in. Looked a lot like Barrack Obama, Nose up in the air all the time, Yunno the type? Always have to have the bigger pool, more expensive car, somethng like the Valley Girls in Southern California, HI Darling... or your new CC glasses look adhorable Sweetie. One big YUCK. We sold, move to Dallas, rented, research. We think Little Elm in the long run will have the best potential for being a NICE community to live in so we bought a home.... Time will tell Foodog |
