Boot Camp Fitness Little Elm/Frisco

Hi folks! I will be holding new fitness boot camp sessions in Little Elm beginning October 20. Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness. You will progress at your own pace and nobody will be left behind. Boot campers will enjoy an atmosphere of friendship, team spirit and challenge.
Classes are offered at 5:30 am – 6:30 am or 7:00 pm -8:00 pm in an indoor or outdoor location (indoor space is limited!). You can choose either the 3- or 5-day per week program.
It’s not unusual for someone to lose one full dress size during one session! I won’t kid you – sessions are challenging, but they are so worth it. Did you know that exercise can:
• Reduce the risk of heart disease
• Reduce high blood pressure
• Reduce high cholesterol
• Reduce the risk of colon and breast cancer
• Reduce the risk of diabetes
• Reduce body fat and weight
• Build healthy bones, muscles and joints
• Reduce depression and anxiety
• Improve psychological well being
• Boost energy and enhance performance of daily activities

Where will this be located and how much is this going to cost? Will you have a day or two trial basis?
