Police In The Colony Investigating Death

Police in The Colony have a possible murder mystery on their hands.

On Thursday, officers in the small Denton County city got a call about a dead body in a house in the 4800 block of Crawford. Once inside, police found the decomposing body of a man who had apparently died several days earlier.

Police say they are now treating the man's death as a homicide. They have questioned several people, and the Tarrant County Medical Examiner was set to perform an autopsy on the victim this morning at 11. Police say they have not yet identified the man. Read more

The victim was in the suspects house?? If he was there , uninvited, as a possible break in, or intending to harm the suspect, maybe the man was shot in self defense. Let's learn what really happened before we start talking.

I think this guy had been stalking the suspect for a long time. This time it looks as if he got in the house, and was killed for doing so.

Actually they are both drug addicts, this was a drug deal gone bad, in which, Krajcovic shot the man in the head, and put the body in a bath tub and fled. There was no breaking in, look at the arrest reports for both the victim and the suspect, its a clear clean cut story.

When someone is in your house and tries to beat the crap out of you, you can act in self defense. Best idea after acting in self defense, though, is to call the cops, not drag the body in the bathroom you've been hiding from him in for 2 weeks. It's a messed up thing, but he had it coming. I have known Paul for a long time. He would never hurt anyone intentionally..unless he was defending himself. The drugs are a bad thing. Someone had hit the accused in the head , about a year ago. This left him brain damaged, and not the same person. I think the guy who hit him intentionally , from the back, like a coward, is the real murderer. He didn't spend any prison time for this, as far as I know. Some people get by with murder, and others get by with it.

I know pip also and i don't think he would intentionaly harm anyone unless they threatened his family cuz he does have young kids..

it's a tragic event and hope something good comes out of this like Drugs are no good..

I know Pip would not do this with out just cause, drug's are terrible, and he got in with a really bad bunch of druggies.. both families are suffering

Drugs change people...which is no excuse for this violence. The murderer was obviously on drugs to be able to kill someone and leave them in a house for days and go to a restaurant and eat with the murder weapon in their car! Can we say CRACKHEAD!?!?!?! This young man had to be one of the sweetest people I knew and would have been a great father! Unfortunately for him and his kids, he no longer has that opportunity! Pip was defending himself. Everyone who knew him knows he would help anyone..not harm them. His son was involved..only nine years old. He was protecting his son.

Yes, drugs was the reason. The guy had been trying to get in Pip's house for days. He was threating him. He got in and Pip defended himself and his nine year old son. Who among you wouldn't have done the same thing? I am sorry for the one who was killed. I am also sorry for Pip. They were both good people, but drugs ruined them.

I am so sorry for Pip's mom. She has been the one who has tried to help him. He just got mixed up with drugs and it was a downhill spiral from there on. He has three great kids. It is sad that life has turned out this way for both of these young men. Drugs are baddddd!!!
