Finally, the eating establishments, as well as businesses in Rockwall are DIRTY. There are a few clean ones, but the majority of them are in dire need of housekeeping and employee hygiene reviews from the inspection department. Ratings will help keep employers honest, as well as keep their employees clean. A postive first step for this small community.

Thank goodness... Now let's hope the inspectors aren't hayseeds.. Now clean up the toilets and put in seat liners... Now we're talking folks..
