They failed to mention that Mr. Jones was a dialysis patient. He was basically helpless against this dog.........My family and I were there visiting my cousin just weeks before the attack! I was afraid for myself, my 10yr old son and the children that were out there playing in the back yard. That dog was notorius........he was barking and trying to tear the gate down, they were not provoking this dog, it seems the dog was annoyed just seeing them out there........I made the children come in. I just thank God that this wasn't fatal......
