its not that difficult.I took it several years ago and there are more ethics questions on it than anything.It is lengthy, but a mulitple guess test.If you have a brain, you can pass it.

I just happen to hold a license also. I am proud of what I do. It is hard sometimes dealing with all of the diversity and buyers wanting to offer 50 cents on the dollar deals. My biggest problem are the appraisers. Maybe I will do a new thread...
