Mason Creek Middle - how often are the police called?

[Worried about Mason Creek]

Do the Police really get called to MCM on a daily basis? Seems a bit extreme, but maybe someone know the true stats.

ALL of the schools in this county except Brighten have way too many police calls being made. Why? Because we are avoiding the issue rather than risk hurting the feelings of those who are the most offensive to the rest! That's the problem in a nutshell. CF

Stewart Middle School is proclaiming they have "really turned it around this year." All they have done is bus the worst kids to Mason Creek. I would be afraid to send my children to Mason Creek based on what I hear from parents with children attending.

I was there for a week straight last month and the police never came once, unless you count the resource officer who is there everyday. Some people just like stirring the pot.

according to the scanner, the police are out there EVERY DAY.They are called sometimes twice and three times per day.Must be the trash from atlanta

My child attends Mason Creek Middle and we have had no issues. I do have a problem with the kids from Stewart being bussed there. The enrollment at Stewart Middle is now under 250 kids. At 9 am everyday the buses roll into Mason Creek carrying all the kids from Stewart. i agree these kids deserve a quality education too, but come on, make the changes at Stewart and keep the kids in district. Why give the the administration time to clean up. They know the issues.... fix it immediately and give the kids what they deserve.... we can build new football fields across the railroad tracks but we can't teach our kids over there.... really people where are the priorities????

Mason Creek MS is your typical middle school with typical middle school kids. How can the police be called to the school when they have an SRO on site at all times? She is also very helpful in teaching kids to better themselves through programs she heads up as well.

Why ask from the outside? Try going inside sometimes.

I've been there several times and the police have never been there on those days. Mason Creek is not without its problems, but the police are not there on a daily basis.
