Assuming that DC native is actually giving his real opinion vs just being a race baiter trying to form dissention among citizens; I would have to say he reminds me of the militia men in Zimbabwe or South Africa that think that most of their problems will go away if they can only persecute and expel all white people. They justify all their crimes against white people saying they deserve it also. Its pretty obvious what is happening. Their anger is being misdirected at the wrong target. Rather than concentrating their rage against their corrupt government that got them in this mess, they are busy blaming the white man and going after them. DC native, what makes you so certain that this is a function of skin color rather than a function of low economic status? I think it is pretty safe to say that the bulk of these crimes you are talking about are performed by low income people. Also, you still haven't told us what your solution is.
