My husband and I recently purchased our new home in Surprise and we are a young family. There are many young families with much to see and do in the area so I would hardly call it an elderly community. Our children have a lot of new friends and I highly doubt they are bored, as a matter of fact they just made a long move from everyone they know to a new state and they are happy about the decision we made. As with any other City I would expect to see spots of both the elderly and young. I would suggest the individuals do as much research about a community prior to the purchase of a home, it is amazing what you can find out through the internet these days!

My family of 5 is moving to Litchfield Park in January. I would like to buy a new, white, 2006 Jeep Liberty now, while the end-of-year incentives are terrific. So, I am thinking of doing that and storing it somewhere until January. Any suggesions anyone??
