I've known Jeremy since he was a kid. He has problems. Why didn't the wonderful state of Arizona try and help this kid!! I looked at his rating for parole release, he need education and vocational assistance. Maybe if he was led in the right direction he would not of turned to the streets. He has potential he's loved very much. He has NEVER had a role model or ANY male role model to look up too.

There comes a time when one needs to take responsibility for his/her own actions and not blame others on his/her woes. If they cannot, and do things like this, they will incur consequences.

Let me tell everyone something, this kid isnt stupid or under educated, he's smarter than 90% of the adults i know, regardless of a male role model, he's been a wonderfull role model to my son and daughter. The fact that others dont take time to see past the tattoos is there own insecurities, never the less he's innocent till proven guilty dont forget that and dont forget to read the articles, it says 3 individuals bailed from the car, 2 arrested that day being- Ruben Valdez and later that day Vincent Garcia, then on or around March 9 at a United States Marshalls news release it was said to have Angel Garcia in custody, that it was his car that Officer Esh pulled over, HELLO CAN ANYONE COUNT THAT MAKES 3 AND TO TOP IT OFF IT STATES THEY WERE MEXICAN, ANYONE WHO KNOWS JEREMY HE'S WHITE WITH BLOND HAIR AND BLUE EYES SO NEXT TIME ANYONE WANTS TO BE SO JUDEMENTAL SHOULD READ THE FACTS FIRST! THIS GUY HAS BEEN LOCKED UP FOR 6 MONTHS WHEN THEY ALREADY HAD THE 3 SUBJECTS!! BUT THEN AGAIN THIS IS NONE OTHER THAN THE FAMOUS PHOENIX POLICE WHO NEVER CAN ADMIT THEIR MISTAKES, THIS BEING AN OFFICER INVOLVED SHOOTING THEY NEED SOMEONE TO PAY, MAKE SURE ITS THE RIGHT ONE!! I PRAY FOR ALL INVOLVED ITS A HORRIBLE INJUSTICE BUT WHAT DOESNT KILL US ONLY MAKES US STRONGER.

What kind of retarded conversation is this? Jeremy Esh wasn't the bad guy... he was the police officer shot in the neck by the bad guy on a traffic stop. Incidentally, that bad guy (Angel Garcia... ranking member of the New Mexican Mafia) was found guilty and is getting sentenced today.

Ok first of all, those of you that say "It wasn't him" need to keep your mouths shut. Bottom line is that none of you were there. Yes a total of 4 ran from the car that night. But only one ran the oposite direction...KENT!!!! How do I know this you ask, cause I was the only other one there. I was less than two feet away from him when he fired that shot. Tell me I wouldn't be able to pick him out of a photo line-up...Oh wait, I did!!! Stop saying he just needs help and he had no role model. 7 time felon...The only injustice is that he got away with it for so long. Not anymore.

Hey PhxFalcon, read between the lines...There were only 2 people there when Kent fired the shot. 1 was Kent and the other was the officer. Since my name isn't Kent which one do you think I am...and by the way, it wasn't a murder it was attempted murder which is why I am able to respond to you.

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Cancer

Take care because it's a rather downbeat day. You feel as though you have the cares of the world on your shoulders, and maybe you have. You've certainly got to cope with a lot of responsibility and duty, and there could also be delays and disappointments that need to be negotiated. Yes, it's a fairly miserable day but try to rise above it, otherwise you'll soon start to feel really wretched and sorry for yourself.
