It's about time they are cracking down on Lipscomb. That is one unfair city. Starting with the Mayor is a start. Now the entire Lipscomb police force need to be investigated. You all will be surprise what you find. The people of Lipscomb are so happy that things are starting to unfold in this city. We'll see what's next.
