A 38-year-old Bessemer woman is being held in the Jefferson County Jail tonight on bonds totaling $240,000 after being charged with two counts of sodomy and two counts of rape of a child under the age of 12.

I have money to move to the bessemer area no problem at the same time its not save for the kids. The education progam is so bad I can cry just thinking about it. It's a joke you have some teachers that cared about the students for the most part they are thier only for a check. When I was younger the teachers in bessemer was who I looked up to. They never really tought me anything about life the only person I can say is coach woodam he's the only man that I will vouch for great outstanding citizen and he's a coach what can the teachers do.
