Looking for my nephew Brandon J Goodman

I know my nephew was sent to live with Kae Sinders and I have not heard from him since he was 9 years old and we have been trying to find him since he is now over 21 and he can see us now we had raised Brandon since he was 2 years old and the state took him away from us when he was 9 to give back to mother and she in turned gave him to the father and he left him with Kae Sinders which I did find out that she has since passed away and I would just like to locate Brandon to make sure he is okay.We would like somehow to get this message to him so he knows we still love him and would love to hear from him. Brandon is 22 now and will be 23 on November 26 the last address that we had was that he lived in Linton,Indiana with Kae Sinders and his father left him there.
