Our Local newspaper sure seems to be using selective censorship.
If you read people's comments on their website you will notice more and more people are getting tired of the selective censorship they seem to be using. It appears that the "moderator" or whoever is holding a heavy hand on the delete button chooses to slant the articles and comments an awful lot to their views and people are complaining to deaf ears. You can read comments people leave at the bottom of their published articles online and in no time at all they are deleted selectively. Especially late at night. If you go and read a comment it may disappear minutes later if you re-visit the website. Someone posted yesterday evening and called me to take a look at it. We re- visited and looked 30 minutes later and it was deleted. There was nothing in the comment that could be considered "bad" but it and many others have been deleted again and again. Only the ones praising the article were left. Any that disagree are gone in a snap. Anyone else notice this? They sure are noticing this on the papers site and complaining but they too are soon are removed. What is up with this?

Prolly cause the story included the name Fougerousse. Know the parents, you'll know the reason.

If it's a nobody they'll let them get trashed. If it's a local politician or someone with the right last name the posts get deleted and your acct. gets deleted. A bunch of spineless cowards running that joke of a show and I wouldn't pay them a dime for their bs paper.
