OFLMAO...I can honestly say that I have total empathy for Mr. Baked Pretzel. My best friend Dennis and his girlfriend Heidi, instructors at Bikram Yoga. They are 5',6" and 5',0" tall respectively, I am 6',4 1/2" tall and 201lbs. Truth be told, they frighten me something fierce. Dennis taunts me with "come to class so Heidi can kick you ass." I know he tells the truth, Heidi just smiles. That scares me too because I know she knows... she can. I am currently psyching myself up enough to go back, back to the pain, the heat, the fear. It's been 6 months, I'm almost there. In closing I must say, my first experience with Yoga taught me a very valuable lesson. Humility, and the "NEED" to love myself, love myself more now than ever before.
PS. Be sure to leave your ego at the door, if you choose to bring it in with you (as I did), you will surely leave with it badly bruised.

Heidi is a terrible instructor. In fact, I don't think I've ever experienced a worse Bikram instructor than Heidi. Dennis and Heidi are broken up and Heidi no longer teaches at Bikram Yoga Minneapolis anymore.
