Home values across Anoka County continued to fall this year
Overall, the median residential home value in the county fell 2.7 percent
"We will probably still see some drop in prices, but things are kind of leveling out."
Maybe that's saying the market is stabilizing,------
I see nothing good about using "sales managers and county assessors as evidence the market is stabilizing. They are just cheer leading the masses to a fairy land.Let's ask some real experts.
