Remember when the dems overode TPaw's veto of the new gas tax after the bridge collapse. wasn't that also designed to help maintain roads. Bet Gov Goofy will want to raise another gas tax.
Instead, the voters begged the legislature to raise their taxes for the so-called "legacy bill." Remember what that one was about? Why aren't you questioning where that money is going?

Bike paths and artwork only go so far...

When potholes were filled and then rolled to create a quality patch.

We now have bike trails that are smmoth and cleared of snow year around but NEVER used.

Now we have LRT construction ripping up streets causing traffic delays and eleiminating parking when they should be filling potholes.

Now we have shops along University Ave closing because of NO PARKING or Access.

Soon we will have a "Rail Yard" running down the middle of University Ave, NOT traffic and busses (people).

Soon St Paul will be flooded with gangbangers from the MOA.

Soon the clock will be turned back to when the population of St Paul was 30,000 and street cars were able to handle the load.

Soon LRT WILL NOT handle the load.

Soon to get on LRT passengers will need to walk 1/2 mile to get to a stop.

Soon parking on Unicersity will be so limited there will be very limited commercial shops on the road.

Soon the clock will be turned back BUT the population of St Paul is 400,000, NOT 30,000.

hey lefty mndot - they destroy the roads in the winter so they have JOB security/union demands, this will also stop. As wisconsin goes so does the rest of the country - be strong Winsonsin, keep up the great fight!

MNDOT has been doing a pretty good job on the 694 stretch around 36. There have been some huge holes in that area, sill looking for my last car, but they have been trying to keep them filled. And they finally filled in the culvert at the edge of the road. That was pretty nasty if you drove to close to the white line. Now I'm wondering if these things haven't been the cause of so many rollovers.

Brilliant! The sad state of our infrastructure is directly related to the t-baggers short sighted disinvestment policies. There is no debating this.
