I think it's great the city is looking for ways to save some money-I don't think it has anything to do with an "anti-immigration trend." Those that need the documents in another language usually have some source or someone available to them to translate. It would be interesting to find out how many people have actually used the City documents written in other languages? Can it really be justified (budget wise) if few are really using the translated docs?
