What was the name of the worker who saw Adams fall? Can anyone give me more information on this accident?

Look closer at HARSCO.
One Westar spokesperson even tried to convince the man's death was suicide. Another simimlar death occured there not so long ago.
Two workers at 11:30 p.m.- what's wrong with that picture? Don't think Adam's didn't know what he was doing, he was contracted - something in that equipment failed. Has anyone else noticed the plant was shut down? Maybe do to the work, maybe not.
