The premise of this article is true. If 1000 drivers can drive on a road without incident and then one comes along who crashes, why is it the road's fault?

The truth be known, drivers don't want to accept responsibility and the state doesn't want to fault them either. Without crashes the state would lose money.

Before you dismiss me as a lunatic....think about it. The State makes tons of money from all the taxes it collects on the transactions that flow from crashes. Why would the State want to kill that source of revenue? doesn't.

But the State can't be honest and reveal their dirty little secret. Instead they find ways to fool the motoring public into making them think the State cares about your safety. Case in point, the scandalous cell phone law. Every lawmaker knows that talking on a cell phone (hands-free or hand-held) is like driving drunk. So did they ban talking on a cell phone No! They only banned holding the phone, lulling the public into a false sense of security.

Wake up, motorists. If you want to survive out there, it's up to you and the way you drive, responsibly or recklessly.
