A bus stop advertisement for a Linden restaurant featuring a naughty double entendre based on a four-letter synonym for rooster quickly raised the ire of city officials.

I do not know why and what the mayor thinks about all the time but to me "hitting the spot" means that their food is good, satisfies your taste buds and fills you so you wont be hungry anymore. Second meaning? if that's what mayor thinks about all the time I do not know then...
