Court Street Grille to expand into Catawba
#1 Sep 13, 2012
Just wanted to say how pleased I am to here this operation is expanding a little closer to home. Having traveled the area quite a bit, and eaten in most every restaurant and dive around over the years, I was really taken by this place from the first time I tried it. Prepared in an open kitchen his menu has a little something for everyone: sandwiches and salads to freshly made pasta, to the chef's specials, all in a casual non-pretentious atmosphere. But, what really made me a fan of Osama, was something I have never experienced in this area. The chef himself came out of the kitchen, made a quick tour of the dining room, and engaged every table to ensure their meal was prepared to their liking. Not the maitre d, not the wait staff, but the chef. Very nice touch in my book. I for one look forward to his new location.

Their food is wonderful. I just worry that they will go to pot when the new place takes all their time.

I love their food. I am worried that the new place will take Osama's attention away from the original restaurant. I am really worried about the original restaurant being ran by the pretentious and overly confident and always rude 'Eric'. I don't know his last name and quite frankly don't want to know it.
