Duncan Aviation CEO Aaron Hilkeman, used to say that he is the type of CEO who doesn't beleive in layoffs. In case of any layoffs, he would be the first one to go. Sometimes words do not match actions.

Yeah, I've heard him saying that also.

What to expect: CEO and his buddies at Duncan are bankers.

We've been working with 25% pay reduction for over a year now. Time to try new things... Duncan offers $8.00/hr jobs to new comers now. Joke, right?

You cant believe what you hear from these CEO's until they're put to the test. Actions speak much louder than words.
Not so much

Very noticeable low morale among employees, but management keeps smiling like nothing happens. Where is your motto to take care of your employees?

I left this company 3 months ago. Worked there 5 years. USe to be alot of fun then went to shit. quiting was best thing i ever did. All they do is dick over there workers. went from regular 40 hr work weeks to pay cuts then to 32 hr work weeks then to be here when ever we want you to be or your gone. I once work 7 to 3:30 pm. came back and worked 6 to Midnight then had to show back up at 7 then next day. They think they own their employee's. There moto was always if you dont like it theres the door. I took the door. This company wont last if they keep it up...WOuldnt bother me one bit to see it go

Hilkeman and his buddies are running this place into the crapper, no different business strategies, or plans, just cuts to the employees wages, benefits and headcount. Now I am hearing the employees will have to "earn back" their temporary wage reductions. What a kick in the groin!

Sad but true: Todd is very pleased with his CEO and such, otherwise, things would be different. Time for all of us to go. This company will shrink to its original size in the nearest future.

Its not only hilkeman but uneducated, don't have a clue, managment like Marty Lincoln that are killing this place, very sad.

The morale is bad from the top to the very bottom. Managers have affairs with supervisors, senior managers try to protect those "in love" privacy. Employees are fed up.

Rich people are arrogant and ignorant people. During layoffs, Todd and CEO kept useless managers, PhD's, while letting go people who spent 20+ yrs at Duncan and who were actually main money makers at the company.

Smart people leave this company or on their own, or they get booted out by "team players".

Not true: people want to leave, but do not have too many options. Education helps, gives you more optioinss.
