They can't place orders in your name unless you give them your SS# and credit card. They aren't scammers and are very professional.Lying and deceiving. They tell you they will call you with a quote for services and instead place orders in your name without your consent, avoid at all costs. I have referred them to the BBB for review, and if any charges or billing show up in my name I will be contacting the attorney general and any other party that I can get involved to make big problems for these scammers.

The installer was very professional. The problem I have is the quote I was given for services did not included the activation fees charged by Windstream. I am required to pay $50 to Windstream for activiation that Flatwater should have disclosed prior to setting up my services. Surprised that now Flatwater is not returning any of my calls.

Flatwater coordinated the set-up for my "bundled" service with Windstream and Dish Network. However, in contacting Dish Network, I was informed that they failed to bundle the service. I have been paying for the services separately and I have been significantly overcharged for many months. Flatwater dropped the ball... big time! If you use them... double check your orders and bills. Watch for double bills! If you're "bundled" you should be paying just one bill, not two separate bills. Very disappointed.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Well if you want a horrible experience, just start here. Lets see, first off they put me on the wrong direct plan, wrong internet plan, and didn't port my phone number to Windstream as I asked. Then when they send their installer out he is the furthest from professional looking that you can get, I don't know if he just rolled out of bed and came over to install our equipment or what but he didn't have a uniform on and personal hygiene at this company is evidently optional. Then when he is installing the dish, I instructed him to make sure that he has plenty of clearance over my tree in the back yard, because it was January and there were no leaves on the tree and come springtime there would be and we needed sufficient clearance for it. He nodded and told me he had plenty of clearance and that this wasn't going to be a problem. Well, guess what spring is here and the leaves grew and now I got such a weak signal that 2/3rds of my channels don't work because of his incompetence. So I call them because Directv wants to charge me 49.95 to move it and I don't blame them, it wasn't their fault that my installer was incompetent or just didn't care. So I call this incompetent installer to let them know that their employee didn't do as I asked when I voiced my concerns to him. Their response was anything from good customer service, simply put they want to charge me 90.00 for their mistake from the get go! On top of all this they promised me a 50.00 sign up credit on my DirecTV bill that I have never seen, I called them for 3 months straight and they claimed each time they would get it figured out with DirecTV. 4th time I called back they told me to call DirecTV, so I did and their response is that anything the installer offers has to come from them. So all in all Im done with this joke of a company and will tell anyone who is willing to listen to how much of a worthless, lying, incompetent company this is. Do not sign up with them as they are a 3rd rate installer and a dumpster fire of a company, just pathetic. If you are in the Lincoln/Omaha area in would suggest Technical Magic as I have heard of nothing but great things from friends and family about them, I wish I would have sooner!
