Placer Sheriff's Lt. Probed in Shots Fired Incident

Rocklin police are investigating a report by neighbors that a Placer County sheriff's lieutenant fired multiple shots into the air in front of his home.

If it had been a non-police officer who shot his gun off and there were witnesses, there would already be an arrest.

keep in mind his position, family or friends and true corruption above the officers.. It mentioned he was internal affairs right?

Seems like it is going to be swept under the carpet and he will get away with this. Wonder how much more he has gotten away with? Corruption with the Placer County Sheriffs seems to run rampant.

Like I mentioned on another posting, California's DOJ should get involved in this cover up! If he is part of internal affairs, who is going to investigate him? HE is actually investigating other officers? If I was part of Placer Sheriff's Dept I would be pissed if he investigated me! How is he going to investigate himself? Give me a break!

fukpcso, Not sure all cops suk,as you put it, but this is a prime example of why the public has so little faith in law enforcement and the legal system.

Guess we will never know what has happened to this police officer. Probably got totally away with it.
