The caregivers don't need to speak or read English. They aren't responsible for the medications. A different person who is "med-qualified" dispenses the meds into dosage cups, which are set up on trays far away from the patients. The caregivers simply hand the cups to the right person.

Care givers (CNA's) aren't allowed to dispense medications. Only qualified RN's and LVN's who are licensed through the state.

One of the most careless places I've seen. Employees not too intelligent. Kinda scary.
