The proposed project to upgrade Webster Central School performing arts and athletic fields is long over due. The funding has been ethier accummulated over time, in a fund targeted for precisely this type of infrastructure project and the balance of the funding comes from NYS. If the NYS funds are not spent in Webster the NYS fundung will be spent elsewhere, possibly not even in Monroe County... There is no allocation for NYS building funds, it is approved per request.
