Agreed. Couldn't they at least set up that shit on Depot Street or maybe the Arena nobody uses? It made traffic a complete clusterf### today. What a stupid decision by the Chamber of Commerce, I assume.

Thanks for the warning! I'll be sure not to get back into the middle of that mess over the weekend. I was also unfortunate enough to get caught in the middle of that at the same time school was letting out. That alone is bad enough without the road(s) blocked.

Typical of what is expected from City Hall. Didn't think about the decision or it's impact on downtown businesses. I was attempting to drive through town about 6:00 PM and no one was there. I am curious if any of our city officials will apologize for the financial losses downtown suffered.

If you dont like the community dont come here stay in Clay county where you belong. If your biggest problem is a traffic jam then you seriously need to reevaluate your life.

I've lived in Corbin my whole life. Don't know wtf you're talking about in regards to Clay County. And sorry if I expected some forethought from our city government. Guess that was too much to ask. You're totally right though. Traffic congestion is awesome. Have not idea what I was thinking.
