Man pleads guilty in brother's death

A Lillington man accused of killing his brother in an accident near Benson in March must serve a probationary sentence of three years and undergo a mental health evaluation, a judge ruled Wednesday. via The Smithfield Herald

Having a brother myself, I can't even begin to imagine what hell I'd go through if I was responsible for his death!! I feel kind of sorry for the guy..he'll be in hell the rest of his life I'm sure.
