A radioactive plume of water in the Pacific Ocean from Japan's Fukushima nuclear plant, which was crippled in the 2011 earthquake and tsunami, will likely reach U.S. coastal waters starting in 2014, according to a new study. The long journey of the radioactive particles could help researchers better understand how the ocean’s currents circulate around the world.

I haven't noticed either party having a monopoly on piety or morality. I have noticed over the years that those who CLAIM to have the highest morals are usually the most wicked sinners of all.
Like Larry Craig 's gay bashing for years and then he gets arrested foot tapping for gay sex in an airport men's room. Like old Rush Limbaugh railing against "druggies" and then he has to be committed to a detox center for oxycodone abuse. The examples are plentiful on both sides of the aisle, so the claims of moral superiority are BS..

With a faction pushing for the USA to attack Syria and republikans threatening to shut down the government and not pay the soldiers, Obama has used a modified version of my favorite football play, the double reverse. The republican hatred of Obama is greater than their love of war. With Obama opposing borrowing more money from China to prosecute a war for people both sides of which hate America, he has now says he favors war but leaves the decision up to congress. Hopefully, republikans in congress cannot vote for anything Obama says he wants, so war will be avoided and borrowing an additional billion dollars a week to blow the hell out of people who are already killing each other will not be necessary.

What will be said when Congress says no to a "Obama limited strike", which BTW Obama has said it's not a "war", then maybe Congress will look the better. Maybe that was the plan all along, that would make Clinton correct when "Mr. Clinton as saying:“I’ve heard more from Bush, asking for my advice, than I’ve heard from Obama. I have no relationship with the president — none whatsoever. Obama doesn’t know how to be president. He doesn’t know how the world works. He’s incompetent. He’s an amateur.”

The possibility even exists that they will all remember that we have a constitutional democracy and work together for the benefit of our nation instead of lobbyist, political parties and their own re- election bids. Not that I believe it will happen, just considering that as a possibility . In the Syria case, I'm with the republicans if they decide against a military strike. To hell with Syria, all of them. We do not need to borrow more money to fight wars for other countries.

TRUE is the key to that. I can say without knowing him that he is a TRUE HERO. My question is how did we go from a nation of real men to a nation of chicken shit bastards? I don't draw political lines on that either. We have today a mix of greedy shit head coward ass yuppies or filthy lowlife rednecks with no guts. Dumb fucks that sit and talk about their fucking xbox games as if it were real. Coward ass bastards that talk out of their ass about being patriotic while collecting a damn entitlement check. On the side the yuppie shits have crippled the economy. Right in the mix are the filthy pig ball licking lawyers that aided both. Some say I am wrong on my views that we need concentration camps and martial law and give this country a cleaning...well if we don't it will NOT be worth living in in 20 years.

Sounds like anger issues are troubling us today. Yes you are WRONG. One cannot think clearly when angry, or drunk or smoked up or all of the above... Reasons that you are wrong are that if martial law is established, the pig ball licking lawyers will be running the internment camps, the greedy coward assed yuppies will be making money on no bid contacts for security, food, suppliers, etc, legislators will still be taking bribes for legislation and the pseudo patriots will still be drawing their government checks while constantly crying about socialism in America. Same horse, different saddle.

Wall Street is near orgasmic with the anticipation of profits from expenditure of our BORROWED MONEY for a strike on Syria. Just one barrage of missiles is estimated (by Wall St Journal) to consume around $250,000,000 dollars. Look at stock prices for the last 3 days for General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon (manufacturer of the Tomahawk which cost us $1,450,000 each. So where are all those people in near panic about national debt? So national debt doesn't matter anymore? Around 25% of that 17 trillion in debt is the result of BORROWING money to conduct strikes in nations where we have little or no national interest. WTF is wrong with this picture?

Old Rush Limbaugh is back on the oxycodone. Today on his Limbaugh show, he contends that Bashar Assad is the good guy in Syria because of his "stabilizing" influence. Then he claims the rebels are killing themselves with sarin to cause the USA to attack poor Assad.
But he didn't stop there. He also claims that Mohammed Morsi and the Muslim brotherhood were really our friends in Egypt because of their "stabilizing" influence and that Obama should support these dictators..

Obama was reluctant to attack Syria, so republikans started chanting attack, attack, attack. So Obama put the ball in republican court by asking that the decision be properly made by congress. But because they now think Obama favors the attack, the republikans now oppose it. Also, a decision of whether or not to go to war cannot take precedence over the congressional vacation which lasts until Sept 9. So now the republikans are in utter confusion and even Rush Limbaugh now thinks the muslim brotherhood are our friends because they oppose Obama. Obama has pulled off a great execution of double reverse play and republikans don't know whether to soil themselves or go blind..
