More power to you if you want a home, have the funds, and no longer care about it being your castle and are fine with govt representatives inspecting it occaisionally, for safety you know, then go for it. It' a great price, but you know, that doesn't include taxes, mandatory fixes demands by local code enforcement, new taxes, and the like. But by all means , if it's still your cup of tea, go for it!
