And we are suppose to listen to you with a name like Mo BS<quoted text>
Now this is real BS! The Robinsons are probably one of the most responsible landowners and care more for the Hawaiian populace in this godawful state, better caretakers of the native and non-native population than this socialist state government on both Niihau and Kauai. Maybe they're hiding the sheep or kiawe charcoal??

NO one asked if the Hawaiians were racist. But every chance you get you try to lie. We all know that your the racist and liar. You claim that you're a student
but the way you say things suggest otherwise. We all know you're an old heifer. no collage student would continually say Hon. Thats old school old boy.

SO WHERE IS THE SIERRA CLUB?
Millions of dollars spent stopping development.
Millions of fish killed - not a peep.

Typical - you are from North Dakota and you know more about Hawaii than everyone else.

Two years later - The rat poison was dropped with the approval of DLNR. The investigation was done by DLNR. The state (DLNR) reported that it was not the rat poison. Really?
The red tides in Florida has nothing to do with this.
What has the Robinson family been doing? Honoring their word to a monarchy that has been illegally overthrown for decades now - taking care of the residence of that island. Who does that?
History (the right one) is important to know. < hawaiiankingdom.com > is a good place to start in terms of history, but not necessarily about Niihau.
This is not about whose story is right. This is about taking care of the little we have - clean air, an ocean free of toxins, chemically free plants (food), clean water. Criticism is fine, however give some solutions.
Rat poison on Lehua - The rats were there prior to the Robinsonʻs purchase. They have their own cycle of life there with the birds. The rats eat the bird eggs. Then, it doesnʻt rain for a while. The rats die. Other eggs survive. The bird population grows. It rains. The rats are back. They eat the eggs again.
Let them be.
The solution - if humans just leave nature to do what it does naturally, it balances itself out, eventually. We need this earth more than it needs us.

They are still sitting in Starbucks pondering their latte's and whing about their allowances from daddy.
Remember the giant Redwood that was cut down amid much protest from Sierra Club? The Sierra Club's office is paneled with wood from that same tree. What a bunch of hypocrites.
