The question is why the chase... And why not in any news? Apparently a suspect pulled a gun...

It was one of the many wonderful workers from the brewery who was being chased. Don't worry though I am sure it was only a drug charge and as soon as he serves his sentence, he will be back helping to produce more fine beer for consumers. Makes you want a drink from there, huh?

If you check out this guy's criminal background, it's long and extensive. Ideally, he should be in prison. At the very least an ankle monitor. And his girlfriend who was in the car with him is no better. They could have killed someone that night. Until people like this are held to some level of accountability things will never improve.

He's a victim of society and should be given a chance at reform. We as a society should help by giving him treatment and education. A helping hand could bring this lost sheep back to the flock.

That's fine, but maybe his treatment and education should be in an environment where there is no possibility of him hurting anyone else.

Reform isn't effective while in confinement nor does it work while being under constant monitoring. Also the court system should not be able to maintain a criminal history as this will prevent this man from pursuing a better life.

Maybe he could live with you, so your merciful trainings would be handled by you personally. Then, if he reforms you will be the first to know...and also the first to suffer if he doesn't instead of the rest of society.

And he did so well for himself when not being confined or under constant supervision! Retard!

I'm going to assume that at this point his brain is so damaged from all of the drugs that he CHOSE to use that there is little to no hope of rehabilitation. He chose to do things that were illegal and there are consequences for his choices. If the person he slammed into last week had been driving a smaller vehicle he would have killed him. His actions were criminal and need to be punished as such.
