What a jerk this guy must be. "Rough games" aren't to be played with 3 yr old children anyway. Hopefully he will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed for this assault charge.

A 3 yr old who suffers and requires Hospice care is a sad situation when the suffering is caused by an adult who must be a sick perverted individual.

This guy really needs his ass kicked! I hate for the little boy to have gone through that. I don't believe in rough playing with little kids. The mom should have her head examined for leaving the kid with this dumbass.

Haven't you heard? He's totally innocent. He's been framed. In reality, he's the biggest liar in Texas County.

I know this guy personally, I go to school with hima and he is the biggest a--hole there is and I can not believe that they even let him out on bond. He deserves to fry even though we all know that he will not. He should be in the same condition as this poor child whoi can not talk to his mother anymore.

Back to old idiot...let's just say that he's been like this for at least the 15 years or more I've known him. Total liar.

He's not like this. He would never do anything of this nature! I wonder how many people know that there were 3 people at his house when this supposedly happened and that they were never interviewed by the Sheriff's Department! Makes you wonder what the Texas County is hiding and why they are doing this to an innocent man. I've known him for most of his life, this is something he is not capable of. He wouldn't even fight in school. All of you should not be so fast to pass judgement on him unitl it is over! Hold your negative opinions to yourself until then. Thank You!!!

Just so you know I was judging anyone. And yeah texas county is shitty. What happened at his court date? But anyway you never know what someone is capable of even if you have known them all your life. Anyone is capable of anything. I'm not saying he did do this but he might have.

At his court date, he was proven innocent when the doctor admitted he was not abused and the injury to his head was an old one. Also, the sheriff's deptartment lied on the stand several times and was caught. The boy's mother has been lied to so much, they have told her to have no contact with her boyfriend or they will take her son. What is Texas County trying to hide??? This may be what people have waited for to take Texas County down for all the illegal crap they do.

He was ordered to stand trial. Doesn't exactly sound like he was proved innocent to me.

If he did it, then he does deserve to fry. Anyone who abuses children deserves to fry. I have to say though, Texas county has one of the most corrupt court systems I've ever seen.
My family reported a crime earlier this week, and what do you know. The cop investigating went right over to the criminals house and told him who reported him. Now we're getting threats. I'm pretty damn pissed about this. I've also sat in the courtroom in Texas county and watched injustice after injustice happen. I think that the judge is senile. He also seems to have made up his mind before a case comes in and doesn't hear the side that he doesn't want to judge for. I've not been involved in any of these cases, but just watching has been shocking.
I watched a woman lose everything in a divorce because she couldn't afford a lawyer, so she wasn't allowed to speak at all.
I watched a young mother come into the courtroom to ask for child support and was awarded NO support, because the judge said it was in the best interest of the child for him to not pay child support. But he was given visitation. I guess he disapproved of the mother getting support because she was unwed. I didn't see any other reason why he'd not award her any support. The father had a job. Makes no sense.
One case I was familiar with. A woman did show an amazing amount of evidence including hospital records and police reports that she had been abused herself, and her child had been sexually abused by the father. Then the judge gave the father custody. It was as though he wanted to ignore any evidence that went against what he'd already decided to do.
I do know that I won't be voting for Judge Elsworth come election time.

I spoke the people who were at his home that day. Did any of you screw heads know that there were 3 people at his house that day?? Probably not because you are to busy running your inbred mouths about an innocent man. Your ignorance blinds you all. How many of you knew that Texas County didn't even interview these 3 witness' that were there with the man all afternoon and helped him save tha boys life?? None of you did! This is the problem, most of you primative dick holes believe everything you hear instead of going to the source. Maybe when this all comes out in court and Texas County goes down for framing an innocent man, you will shut your filthy cake holes and think twice before you open them again.

You obviously know nothing because I know for a fact that there were 2 other people in the house and they WERE interviewed and the namecalling? Obviously you are very immature or really ignorant.

Apparently you don't know what you are talking about! There were more than 2 other people at his house and they were not interviewed!! Are you mental?? Pull your head out. Texas County says they interviewed but they didn't. They interviewed his girfriends ex-husband and he was no where around that place. Get your facts straight. If you don't believe me, why don't you ask the guy. Ask him about the whole thing. I know he is probably tired of people falsely accusing him of something he didn't and could never do. You friggin dill-hole! How do you like that name???!!!

Well I got to see a very ugly side to this man in class the other night! He told a girl that her friend should be dead and I quote "that's one less gay in the world" when she said she had a gay friend who died!! That takes a sick son of a bitch. This idiot is capable of anything, even trying to kill a child.
